SAWYER BAIRD
Sawyer Baird is a photographer based between Charleston South Carolina and New York City. Raised in the South East just at the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains Sawyer has always been inspired by nature and the beauty of the simplicity found in the world.
She received her first camera at the age of 14 after being inspired by her grandfather + mother always snapping photos on the day to day and during special occasions. From the beginning exposed to the world of film in a digital age has left a footprint in Sawyer’s work today. Incorporating different mediums into her photography work. Sawyer photographed her first wedding at sixteen years old — later to attend Savannah College of Art & Design to study photography + interiors. Here we are over a decade later and her love for photography remains. Documenting the little moments in a refined and timeless way.
Today Sawyer specializes in City Hall Elopements, Elopements, and Intimate Weddings. Sawyer only takes on a limited amount of weddings per year on a first come basis.
